Boone, North Carolina is unusual because it is one of the few

groomed and has gorgeous views from the lifts. Hawksnest features
late night skiing on the weekends and also offers tubing for the
ones who like things a little slower paced. Appalachian Ski

allows the more experienced to take skiing and snowboarding to the

Hawksnest Ski Resort has been a long favorite for ski regulars
and locals. Nearly 20% of their terrain is dedicated to
beginners, and 33% to advanced skiers, therefore Hawksnest has
